In the manufacturing process of hydraulic expansion tube technology, the copper tube and aluminum sheet need to be pre processed first, and then the copper tube is inserted into the interior of the aluminum sheet. The copper tube is pressed into the interior of the aluminum sheet using hydraulic pressure until it is tightly combined with the aluminum sheet.
