Finned evaporators generally use Ø 12.7 copper tubes (hole spacing 31.75, column spacing 27.5). When the system is large or the evaporation temperature is low, Ø 16 copper tubes are used. When the system is small, Ø 9.52 copper tubes are used. We can calculate and design evaporators based on parameters such as air volume, evaporation temperature, inlet air conditions, cooling capacity (or outlet air conditions requirements), and external dimensions provided by customers, and undertake thermal performance indicators. We can also provide compression condensing units based on the calculated cooling capacity. The fins are mostly made of hydrophilic aluminum foil or copper foil, and regardless of the size of the copper tube, mechanical expansion technology is used to ensure heat transfer performance.
By using corrugated or windowed blades and internal threads or light pipes, the heat transfer efficiency is high, which is 1.3-1.4 times higher than that of ordinary heat exchangers. High quality and high-efficiency evaporators are specially designed for various air conditioning units and heat pump units to match various fan coil units with surface coolers, achieving heat exchange between cold and hot water and air, and between refrigerant and air. Fin type evaporators are used in water dispensers, heat exchangers, and refrigerators.
