Production process of copper tube condenser

2025-07-25

The production process of copper tube condenser mainly includes the following steps:

Prepare raw materials: including copper pipes, fins, end plates, etc.
Adjustment of interference fit between copper tube and fins: Insert the copper tube into the fins and tighten it by mechanical expansion method. The front end of the expanded copper tube should be free of burrs, and the inside of the tube should be kept clean.
Fin processing: Use high-precision punching dies to perform secondary flanging punching on the fins, with a break length not exceeding 0.3mm and a total number not exceeding 5% of the total number of fin holes. Visible breaks beyond the root of the secondary flanging are not allowed; The edge of the fins should be visually free of burrs or feather like shapes.
End plate processing: The end plate holes should be flanged to prevent damage to the copper tube, and special attention should be paid to removing burrs from the flanged holes. The fit gap between the end plate holes and the copper tube should be 0.00mm to 0.23mm.
Copper tube straight pipe connection: U-tube connection is used, with a U-tube insertion depth of 8mm, all of which must be inserted to the bottom, and welding should comply with the "Technical Requirements for Copper Tube Brazing".
Performance testing: Conduct pressure testing, airtightness testing, etc. to ensure product quality.
Finished product inspection: Inspect the appearance, performance, and other aspects of the finished product to ensure compliance with design requirements.
Packaging and storage: Packaging and storing the condenser that has passed inspection.

The above is the general production process of copper tube condenser, and the specific operation may vary due to factors such as product specifications and manufacturers.
