Container refrigerated transport is the core link of global cold chain logistics, widely used for transporting fresh food, fruits, vegetables, seafood, vaccines and temperature-sensitive goods. Different from fixed cold storage equipment, refrigerated container units need to operate stably during long-term sea and land transportation under constantly changing ambient temperatures, humidity and bumpy conditions. Key Technical Challenges

Refrigerated container operation brings multiple rigorous challenges to evaporator performance:
1. Continuous mobile vibration and impact
During truck transportation and marine shipping, refrigerated containers face persistent jitter and irregular impact. Ordinary evaporators may suffer fin deformation, loose tube fin fitting and micro leakage, affecting long-distance refrigeration stability
2.Humid and salt mist marine 
Coss-sea transportation features high humidity and salt fog erosion. Without professional anti-corrosion protection, aluminum fins are prone to oxidation, frosting failure and reduced service life
3. Long-term uninterrupted low-temperature operation
Container refrigeration units run 24/7 throughout the whole transportation cycle. The evaporator must maintain stable heat exchange efficiency and reliable defrost performance under continuous low-load and low-temperature working conditions.
4. Limited internal installation space
Refrigerated containers have compact internal structural space, requiring evaporators to achieve high cooling capacity with optimized and compact structural design.
Customized Evaporator Solution for Refrigerated Containers:
Combined with the mobile cold chain and marine transportation characteristics, our engineering team optimized the evaporator structure, surface treatment and overall stability in a targeted manner:
1. Vibration-resistant reinforced structure design
We adopt enhanced overall frame structure and high-precision mechanical tube expansion technology. The copper tube and aluminum fin are closely integrated without gaps, effectively resisting fatigue damage caused by long-term vibration. This structural upgrade prevents heat transfer attenuation and leakage risks during long-distance transportation.
2. Marine-grade anti-corrosion & hydrophilic coating
To adapt to coastal and marine environments, the evaporator fins are treated with enhanced anti-corrosion coating plus hydrophilic dual treatment. It effectively resists salt mist oxidation and humid corrosion, while ensuring rapid water drainage during defrosting, avoiding residual ice accumulation and ensuring continuous and efficient heat exchange.
3. Compact high-efficiency fin and tube layout
Aiming at the limited installation space of refrigerated containers, we optimize fin spacing and tube circuit arrangement. The compact structural design guarantees sufficient heat exchange area and uniform airflow distribution, realizing high cooling efficiency in limited space and meeting the temperature control requirements of different cold chain goods.
4. Optimized defrost cycle adaptation
According to the continuous operation characteristics of container refrigeration, we balance frosting speed and defrost efficiency. The optimized fin structure reduces frequent defrosting, lowers energy consumption of transport units, and ensures stable temperature control inside the container.
