Pressure leakage


Before leaving the factory, we will carry out nitrogen pressure protection for the product (except for special welded joints), please check when receiving the goods. If you find pressure leakage after receiving the goods, please inform us as soon as possible.

Transport causes the fin to deform


Please contact the logistics party for claim immediately after receiving the goods.The fin texture is soft, bump in transportation may cause the fin to overwhelm the deformation, (Fin deformation is a normal phenomenon, you can contact the customer service to inform the solution, if there is no damage, it does not affect the use, non-product quality problems, do not support return and replacement, thank you)

Fin pressurization is a processing technique for finned heat exchangers, mainly by applying pressure on the surface of the fins to form a corrugated shape, in order to increase the contact area between the fins and air and improve heat transfer efficiency.

Dehumidifier condenser


The condenser of a dehumidifier is a part of the refrigeration system, mainly used to dissipate heat and convert gas or vapor into liquid. In dehumidifiers, a condenser is usually used in conjunction with an evaporator to condense moisture in the air into liquid by passing refrigerant through a finned tube condenser, achieving the effect of dehumidification.

Production process of copper tube condenser


Adjustment of interference fit between copper tube and fins: Insert the copper tube into the fins and tighten it by mechanical expansion method. The front end of the expanded copper tube should be free of burrs, and the inside of the tube should be kept clean.

Advantages of tube expansion


Copper tube expansion technology is a technique that uses hydraulic pressure to press copper tubes into the interior of aluminum sheets, which can tightly bond the copper tubes with the aluminum sheets and form a strong physical connection. Through hydraulic expansion technology, copper aluminum composite radiators can effectively improve heat dissipation efficiency, reduce heat loss, and also enhance the pressure resistance and corrosion resistance of radiators. In the manufacturing process of hydraulic expansion tube technology, the copper tube and aluminum sheet need to be pre processed first, and then the copper tube is inserted into the interior of the aluminum sheet. The copper tube is pressed into the interior of the aluminum sheet using hydraulic pressure until it is tightly combined with the aluminum sheet. In this way, a sturdy physical connection can be formed, making the heat dissipation efficiency of copper aluminum composite radiators higher.
